## Description

Check status, photos and documents for every KKS code, right on site – available offline, synchronized with AVIS.WEB.

AVIS.APP brings as-built documentation right to the plant: check status per KKS code, photos and metadata for every entry. P&ID diagrams and documents are available offline and synchronised with AVIS.WEB.

AVIS.APP is the mobile companion to AVIS.WEB, the documentation system by GABO IDM for power plants and industrial facilities. It is made for plant operators' staff who inspect and document components on site.

AS-BUILT CAPTURE
• Project component list with check status (open, verified, deleted)
• Mark entries as verified, add notes, history with restore
• AVIS.CAD metadata for every component
• Project progress always at a glance

KKS SCANNER
• Read KKS labels with the camera – text recognition runs entirely on the device
• Modes for KKS, ident numbers and AKZ (older plants)
• Jump straight from the scan to the matching entry

PHOTOS
• Take inspection photos for every component
• Capture time and location are stored in the photo
• Optionally save to the photo library

DOCUMENTS
• P&ID diagrams, data sheets and technical documents of the project
• Download everything for offline use, no connection to the company network needed
• PDF viewer with in-document search, linked to the KKS code
• Scan documents with the camera or upload from the device

SYNC WITH AVIS.WEB
• Check states, photos and scanned documents are transferred to AVIS.WEB
• Automatic sync as soon as a connection is available
• Export the component list as CSV

IPAD
• Dedicated layout with sidebar and document preview beside the list

PRIVACY
The app communicates exclusively with your company's AVIS.WEB server. There are no analytics, tracking or advertising services.

ACCESS
Sign-in uses a pairing code shown in AVIS.WEB under "Settings". An AVIS.WEB system operated by your company is required. Without access, the demo mode lets you try the whole app with a sample project.
