## Description

Give your employees more autonomy in managing their own on and off hours at work. This will increase engagement, leading to better productivity, responsibility and employee insight.

Approved requests (absences, registrations, schedules, ....) are immediately visible in timekeeping, reducing manual work for the employer. This gives you easy visibility into the day-to-day management of your staff, both individually and as a team.

Galantis MyTime is EM Group's module to give and let the employee take that personal responsibility.

Through the Galantis MyTime app, an employee can manage various matters in an accessible way:
-	The dashboard gives you an overview of your day.
-	Check in virtually from a remote place with geo-location.
-	Request your own absences, forgotten registrations or allowances. 
-	Get visibility of your balances and counters.
-	View calculated codes and allowances.
-	View your colleagues' absences in team leave.

The app is only available if your employer has purchased a licence for the Galantis MyTime App.
