The Vitals app brings together your key health metrics to give you a deeper understanding of your daily health status.

Features

• View your average heart rate, respiratory rate, blood oxygen, wrist temperature, and HRV from the previous night*.

• See metrics classified as typical or outside of your typical range.

• Receive notifications when multiple metrics are out of your typical range with a tailored message providing better context on your health.

• Add complications and Smart Stack widgets for convenient and glanceable insights.

• View a detailed history of your metrics in the Health app.

*Not all metrics are supported on all models of Apple Watch. The ability to measure Blood Oxygen is no longer available on Apple Watch units sold by Apple in the United States on or after January 18, 2024. These are indicated with part numbers ending in LW/A.
