ZAM System, developed by AWAN Entrepreneurship, transforms authorized employee smartphones into reliable mobile attendance terminals. It helps organizations move beyond manual timesheets and traditional clocking methods with a connected experience designed for office, field, and mobile teams.

SMART MOBILE ATTENDANCE

Employees can clock in and out with just a few taps. Depending on the organization’s configuration, ZAM can use GPS geofencing, Bluetooth beacons, Face ID, device binding, and mock-location detection to help verify attendance and reduce unauthorized entries.

Organizations can also define approved work stations, permitted attendance days, and specific time windows for mobile clock-in and clock-out.

RELIABLE OFFLINE CONTINUITY

When internet connectivity is temporarily unavailable, ZAM can retain eligible attendance records on the device and synchronize them when the connection is restored, helping reduce missed records and operational interruptions.

CLEAR, UP-TO-DATE VISIBILITY

Employees and authorized managers can access an interactive dashboard showing attendance status, working hours, assigned shifts, pending actions, and other relevant information at a glance.

EMPLOYEE SELF-SERVICE

Based on the features enabled by the organization, employees can review their attendance history, submit leave and permission requests, follow administrative actions, and access other workforce services directly from the app.

SECURITY AND ORGANIZATIONAL CONTROL

ZAM combines location verification, device security controls, server-time synchronization, and organization-defined policies to support more accurate and accountable attendance management.
