## Description

Care ADHD is a specialist CQC registered provider of ADHD assessment and treatment. This app contains psycho-education, psychological interventions and exercises to support people to understand ADHD and reduce symptoms.

Features include:

1. Access to the CBT Lounge, which includes daily releases of CBT-focused audio tracks and modules.
2. Evidence-based approach to workbook exercises that are recognised parts of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Designed to assist people with Adult ADHD to improve mental fitness, manage challenges, and improve overall well-being.
3.Visual metrics designed to guide and show progress.
4. One-to-one messaging with an assigned ADHD Coach (where applicable).
