2025-11-18	se*****	This app has a spotty record of working and other times not working with a spinning dreaded “wait wheel” trying to log in. When that happens I have to go to browser version to pay my mortgage! Sometimes if I forego the Face ID option it may work. Ugh. Fix this problem guys!

2025-10-25	Ta*****	Having to click into the terms and conditions each time I send a payment is super annoying. And I just had to delete and reenter my checking account that I have been paying the mortgage out of for the last 15 years. Dumbest thing ever to unverify an account already in use for that period of time.

You seem to have missed the point in creating an app. What used to take basically two steps; logging in and making a payment now seems to take about 1/2 a dozen. You have made it a unnecessarily cumbersome to give you my money. Please rethink this.
