Certified EmRes Practitioners leveraging the EmRes Pro App pledge to promptly respond to session requests and messages from the patients within 24 hours, delivering emotional support through the EmRes framework whenever required. 

By using the EmRes Pro App, Certified EmRes Practitioners will engage with the patients through convenient chat functionalities.
