## Description

COMfortel SoftPhone 2 enhances your iPhone with professional telephony functions. The app combines SIP telephony with internal company chat.

SoftPhone 2 offers reliable and privacy-compliant integration of every employee into your communication infrastructure. Without a VPN connection, it ensures accessibility across all locations, whether in the office, at home, or on the go.

SoftPhone 2 is an intuitive solution for implementing mobile workplace concepts for COMtrexx and COMpact systems from the brands Auerswald and FONtevo. A fully operational COMtrexx Soft PBX or COMpact 4000, 5200(R), or 5500 R telephone system, with regular updates and possibly an activation, is a system requirement for using SoftPhone 2.

The rollout of the app is extremely simple yet completely secure. The initial access data for the SoftPhone 2 connection of iPhones is sent to employees via email, including a QR code. The VPN-less registration of clients then takes place automatically via a special proxy service hosted in Germany, regardless of which network the employee's PC is connected to the Internet/WAN.

With SoftPhone 2, you combine the advantages of an on-premise solution with the convenience of cloud communication. You always have full control over your company data with minimal effort for setting up and maintaining the secure data connection.
