汽车驾驶员个体业户可以在App上进行货运业务的接单、货物交付和运费收款等全流程操作，并可以按照“先到先得”或“价低者得”的原则对运输业务进行竞价接单。按规范完成运输任务后，平台会即时付款。汽车运输企业在通过中国铁路网络货运物流平台网站注册并入驻后，可根据与平台签订的长期运输协议，直接接受平台派发的运输业务。
