The HSE Lymph Active app provides information and exercises to help reduce the risk of Lymphoedema after cancer treatment.

The app: 
- will suggest exercises and exercise tracking
- provide videos and tips
- has a symptom tracker to see if you need to contact your clinician
- connects you to HSE health and wellness programs
- allows you to request a review with your clinician if you are concerned you are developing Lymphoedema
