## Description

The app is only compatible for use with 288+ models “P” (2022) serial number and later.

Rigel 288+ Downloader V2.1 is an app built to make paperless and wireless data transfer possible for biomedical and clinical engineers performing electrical safety tests, using just a smartphone or tablet.

The app works by generating a PDF containing the test data that can be saved, printed or sent via email and attached to a works order. It gives field service engineers the ability to remotely attach their test records to a CMMS or send test records to a central database.

Rigel 288+ Downloader is the ideal solution for field testers looking to make their recording processes even more efficient.

App Features:

•	Download results to the app and create reports
•	Download format is PDF or CSV
•	Reports can have company logo's and signatures added during setup
•	The user is able to select test results individually or select all to create their report
•	All downloads can be saved as a backup, and this backup can then be transferred to a new device if required
•	A newly added contacts tab has been added to allow the user to access the Rigel website, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube cannels
•	Available in English, French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish and Turkish.

Requirements

•	The App is only for use with Rigel 288+ models containing the new Bluetooth Module (288+ models “P” (2022) serial number and later.)
•	The Latest version of the firmware must be used in order to use the new download option called Apple devices.
•	The 288+ must be using firmware version 8.24 or later.
•	Customers using any Version 8 tester will be able to update their tester via the service team at a cost. This will allow them to connect to an IOS device. Service to provide pricing
