## Description

Via the Loxo app, you can capitalize on candidate communication at any moment — responding to texts, calls, or emails as they come through so perfect-fit candidates can’t slip through the cracks. Candidate communication doesn’t always happen at the most convenient times. Often, they’ll get back to your messages when they’re off the clock… which is also when you’re off the clock. 

This app allows you to solve the most real-time element of your job on-the-go. On a plane. In the waiting room at the DMV. Lying on a beach in Malta. Sitting on the couch, dissociating, scrolling through TikTok videos for three hours. 

As long as you can connect to the internet, you can: 
Search through your People database
Learn more about candidates via their profiles
Send texts, calls, and emails
