## Description

SprEd is a retro themed sprite editor for the iPad and Mac purposefully designed to let you easily create pixel art for games - particularly those with a retro aesthetic. The free version has many powerful features including:

* Work seamlessly between your iPad and Mac using iCloud
* Full set of editing tools
  - Pencil with variable size
  - Spray can with adjustable radius and spray speed
  - Eraser with adjustable size
  - Flood fill
  - Shapes - line, rectangle, ellipse (filled and outline)
  - Cut, copy and paste
  - Rotate selections
* Fully customisable palette including a selection of predefined classic palettes
* Convert images to use your palette with a variety of algorithms
* Use brushes to apply dither patterns (works with all editing tools)
* Configure the editor so you can work how you want
  - Show a grid, you can configure both the size and the colour
  - Use a checkerboard background for transparency
  - Use a solid colour background
  - Place the tools on the left or the right of the iPad
  - Pencil only mode - makes it easier to scroll and edit at the same time
* Pinch to zoom or use preset zoom levels
* Start with a blank canvas or import images from Files, Photos or from the clipboard
* When you're done export your images to Files or Photos
* Supports iCloud so you can easily work between your iPad and your Mac

An upgrade to the Premium version is available by a one time In-App Purchase that unlocks many more features on both the Mac and iPad versions including:

* Work with spritesheets (sets of related sprites)
* Animation preview tool that updates in realtime while you edit
* Export animations as videos
* Repeating image preview tool that updates in realtime while you edit
* Resize the image and the canvas
* Create custom dither brushes and store them on your device or in iCloud
* Work with multiple layers in images and use blend modes
* Save and load custom palettes and use across multiple images
* Advanced import features
  - Slice up an image into smaller sprites
  - Build a single spritesheet by importing multiple images
* Export individual sprites or the whole spritesheet
