## Description

LatiNola, a mobile platform that serves as a centralized hub for the Louisiana Latino community, providing essential information, valuable resources, and necessary support in both English and Spanish.  

 

Non-Profit News platform in Spanish and that operates without the fear of loss profit and retaliation combating corruption in Louisiana by serving as independent and objective watchdogs of the community. LHA has become aware of a significant portion of Louisiana's population fearing sharing information due to retaliation. LHA possesses firsthand knowledge of the tactics being used in the local media, nonprofits, foundations, and some government agencies used that minimize support for the growing Latino community in Louisiana. Our aim is to break barriers and provide a news platform that allows for the news to come to light in a a safe and secure space where information is disseminated without consequences. This platform ensures that everyone has the freedom to uncover and share stories that may otherwise be suppressed or censored. Latinola encourages transparency on critical issues, and injustices without the fear of retribution or financial repercussions. This, in turn, fosters a culture of accountability and helps to promote public awareness, public safety. It also benefits the public by ensuring access to accurate and unbiased information that is vital for making informed decisions, especially during emergencies.
