## Description

The Patient Portal extension, powered by InteliChart, provides a simple way to access your medical records, manage appointments, view lab results, request refills, and securely communicate with your health care providers. It also supports completing forms, managing dependent accounts, receiving push reminders, and paying bills.

Important notes: Before logging in, you must obtain an account PIN directly from your provider. InteliChart does not have access to this PIN. The features you can use depend on the options your doctor has enabled; if you have questions, contact your healthcare organization directly.
