HPN & SHL is a secure Chrome extension that lets Health Plan of Nevada and Sierra Health & Life members access health plan information anytime, anywhere. It enables PCP lookup, digital ID card, claim status, copays and deductibles, and virtual visits with no appointment needed.

Security, privacy, and easy access are central: secure chat with Member Services, directions to contracted facilities, health records access, and easy management of contact info and preferences. Your data stays confidential and protected with HealthSafe ID.
