Hometown Door is the box-office companion app for event organizers on
Hometown Tickets — sell, scan, and manage tickets right at the door.

SELL AT THE DOOR
Turn any iPhone into a box office. Pick an event, tap ticket types to build
an order, and take payment your way: a card reader, cash
with automatic change calculation, your organization's own payment methods,
or a comp. Pricing, fees, and tax are calculated by the Hometown Tickets platform,
so door sales match your online sales to the cent. Tickets are delivered
automatically by email or text as soon as the sale completes.

SCAN AND CHECK IN
Validate tickets in an instant with the built-in camera scanner — clear
accept/reject feedback with sound and haptics, a torch for dark entrances,
and manual code entry as a fallback. Prefer a list? Switch to the check-in
view: every attendee for the date, searchable by name, with one-tap admit
and undo. Live redeemed counts keep the whole gate crew in sync.

MANAGE ORDERS ON THE SPOT
Look up any order — search by order number or customer — then reprint or
resend tickets, update contact details, issue a refund, or exchange the
customer into a different date or ticket type with the price difference
handled automatically.
