"Welches Wissen besitzt man schon und wo liegen die Weiterbildungsbedarfe – individuell und in der gesamten Organisation?"

Auf Basis Ihrer Selbsteinschätzung berechnet die App:
• das individuelle Stärken-Schwächen-Profil
• ein Benchmarkprofil im Vergleich mit verschiedenen Gruppen
• den konkreten Qualifikationsbedarf, je nachdem, welche Aufgaben man in Zukunft übernehmen will
