## Description

ระบบบันทึกการทําการประมงอิเล็กทรอนิกส์(ElectronicFishingLogbookSystem) เป็นการพัฒนา รูปแบบการบันทึกการได้มาของสัตว์น้ําในแต่ละรอบการออกทําการประมง ตามวัตถุประสงค์ของกฎหมาย เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการติดตาม ควบคุม และเฝ้าระวังการทําการประมง (Monitoring Control and Surveillance: MCS) และระบบตรวจสอบย้อนกลับ (Traceability) ให้ดียิ่งขึ้น ประกอบด้วยการบันทึกใน รูปแบบถ่ายรูป ออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ มีการเชื่อมโยงระบบติดตามเรือประมง (VMS) และระบบการรายงาน ทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของกรมประมง (Thai Flagged Catch Certification System: TFCC) เป็นอีกแนวทาง หนึ่งที่ช่วยให้กระบวนการจัดทําสมุดบันทึกการทําการประมง เป็นไป
