赋子各级各部门不同的工作权限，例如上级单位对下级单位拥有工作指导职责，平级单位间可以通过 APP 进行工作交流，本单位内部通过APP 对老同志提供精准服务。该平台对全区离退休老干部人员信息及服务工作进行整体、统一的管理，使得各级部门工作更加快捷规范统计数据更加高效准确，实现与老千部工作融合，成为各级党委与离退休干部党建工作的桥梁纽带，推进电子党务、电子政务的融合发展。
