## Description

智瀚物流系统 3PL 系统  APP 版本。
第一块、公司费用报销
	以公司人员（基层及领导层）因出差或者需要预先借支费用，而产生的申请费用的一个流程。
第二块、固定资产借租
	公司固定资产，由借租他人从而产生的数据，主要是以扫描借出和归还入库的操作。
第二块、司机送货处理
	司机的车需要拉送的货物，由调度员将货物调度给司机装车，并由司机送达。因此，给司机的派车单和派车单货物绑定的货物，并且货物的明细司机都能看到。按照地址送货。
第三块、派车查询
	所以以往派送给司机的派车单及绑定的货物，都能查看。
第四块、运单签收
	1、以派车单明细进行一单一单签收，以保证货物正确和确定送达。
	2、运单盲签，以扫二维码的方式查询货物，根据货物信息进行确定签收
第五块、车费结算
	如果因车而产生的费用，司机是需要知道费用明细及总额。在这个模块就能够查看
