## Description

Step PROMs is an application aimed at patients within the Step system.

This application provides an intuitive and easy access to a PRO system for patients with cancer. PROs include follow-up questionnaires. Through this app patients could also check the history of reported data.

This application does not allow users to register by themselves. Patients are enrolled in the system by authorised healthcare professionals.

Patients under 18 must not use Step PROMs even under adult supervision.

Patient reported information can be checked by healthcare professionals, if they have the suitable tools within the system.
