After binding, you can control various operations of the device through the app and obtain the status of the device. Lighting effects can also be edited and previewed in the app simulator, which can then be pushed to devices for use via Bluetooth. ## Review summary

ForcePark is hampered by reliability and compatibility issues on iOS. The main pain points are unstable connections, frequent disconnects, and a tedious refresh/scan process, often blocking a smooth start. The app reportedly struggles with newer iOS versions and saber models, and its UI feels outdated. However, when a connection is established, the app feels responsive, intuitive, and easy to use with quick saber-control. Users mainly want improved stability and broader device/saber compatibility.

### Pros

- When connected, the app is responsive and intuitive, allowing easy control of saber effects.
- Controls are easy to use once connected.
- In cases where the saber connects, the setup can be quick and straightforward.

### Cons

- Unstable Bluetooth connections with frequent disconnects and the need to constantly refresh/rescan.
- Poor compatibility with iOS devices and delayed or missing updates for latest iPhone/iOS versions.
- Outdated UI/UX that feels unpolished and in need of modernization.
- Limited saber compatibility (notably SNv4) with other sabers having issues, plus occasional crashes.
- Scanning glitches where the app shows zeros (00:00:00:00:00) and can crash during use.
