## Description

Alba är en app för ungdomar som har förlorat en förälder eller ett syskon, och skapades för att hjälpa ungdomar att hantera sin sorg. Appen innehåller information om sorg, tips på hur man kan söka stöd, strategier och övningar för att hantera och bearbeta sorgen, samt verktyg för att följa sin sorg och sina känslor över tid.

Alba har utvecklats av forskare vid Uppsala universitet tillsammans med ungdomar som själva har förlorat en familjemedlem och i samarbete med organisationen Randiga Huset. Appen är ett självhjälpsverktyg som kan användas som ett fristående stöd, tillsammans med andra, eller som ett komplement till professionellt stöd eller behandling.
