## Description

**BigBlue Offshore Fishing** is an ocean intelligence and navigation app for offshore anglers, tournament teams, charter captains, divers, and sport fishermen. Use near-real-time satellite data to explore sea surface temperature (SST), chlorophyll concentration, true color imagery, ocean currents, NOAA marine forecasts, and global 3D bathymetry.

Identify temperature breaks, clear water, plankton-rich feeding zones, seamounts, canyons, ledges, and drop-offs that attract tuna, marlin, mahi mahi, wahoo, swordfish, sailfish, and other pelagic gamefish. BigBlue includes GPS overlays, waypoints, distance measurement, speed and heading data, NMEA/AIS vessel viewing, and offline chart caching for navigation beyond cellular coverage. Data is sourced from NASA and NOAA satellite systems, including MODIS, VIIRS, AVHRR, PACE, and GHRSST.
