## Description

MKDW on tour adds a navigation feature that displays routes to artworks in your map app, enabling virtual or on-site tours around Föhr and the West Coast. The app centers on curated art routes, multimedia content, and multilingual audio for children and adults (German, English, and Danish). A map of the four west coast countries helps locate motifs from the museum’s collection.

It also invites interaction: when you are near a place where a work was created, you can compare the artwork with your own photo and reflect on how the scene looks today. The app also serves as a multimedia guide in the museum, offering videos and a search by object number to learn more about exhibited works. The project is funded by the German Federal Cultural Foundation as part of the 'dive in' program for digital interaction.
