MyCrohnicles is a lifestyle app that guides you through IBD or IBS. Even if you do not have either, MyCrohnicles will help you lead a better life through diet and exercise. 
Do you want to track how you felt with your food, bowel movements (BM) and exercise? This is the app for it.  
You can rate your food (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snack), BM and exercise in a scale of 1 to 10. The main progress circle on the home screen provides an average rating based on food, BM and exercise.
