## Description

Work, rest, repeat. Numbers you can read from across the mat, a bell you can hear over the noise, and an Apple Watch app that keeps up.

A round timer for the mat. Set your work time, your rest time and how many rounds — then put the phone down and train.

MatTimer counts the round in numbers big enough to read from across the room, and colours the whole screen so you know where you are at a glance: green for work, red for rest. A ten-second lead-in gives you time to touch hands before the first round starts.

WHAT IT DOES
• Work, rest and round count, all adjustable
• A bell at every round change, so you never have to look
• An optional ten-second warning before each round ends — set it for work, rest, or both
• Save the sessions you use often and switch between them in a tap
• The screen stays awake while the timer runs

ON YOUR WRIST
A full Apple Watch app, not a remote control. Start, pause and stop from the watch, with the same round readout and the same colours. Set your rounds there too.

ON YOUR HOME SCREEN
A widget shows the round you are in and the time left, without opening the app.

IT KEEPS YOUR PLACE
Leave the app mid-round and it picks up exactly where it should — right round, right phase, right second. While you are away, notifications tell you when each round turns over.
