User feedback is mixed. Many praise the app for being free and for a large template library, with easy onboarding. However, recurring complaints focus on pricing confusion and unexpected charges, premium gating, and issues with purchases. Technical problems are frequent: crashes after updates, unstable background removal, and bugs that erode edits or lock features. Some users also feel the content library is inconsistent across versions. Overall, the app has strong appeal but is hampered by price-related frustration and stability issues.
