## Description

Novus Alarm app helps to protect your home or business from burglars, fires, and floods. If trouble comes, the security system will immediately activate responses, notifying you, your phone and the alarm response station.

Novus security equipment covers: 

INTRUSION PROTECTION 
Detectors will notice any motion, door and window opening, glass-breaking. The moment someone enters a protected area, a detector with a photo camera takes their picture. You and the alarm response station will know what happened at once. 

REINFORCEMENT IN ONE CLICK 
In case of emergency, press the panic button in the app, on the key fob or on the keypad. Novus instantly notifies all system users about the danger and requests for help from the alarm response station. 

PROTECTION FROM FIRE & CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING 
Fire detectors react to smoke, temperature threshold, rapid temperature rising, or dangerous amounts of unnoticeable carbon monoxide in the room. If something’s wrong, the loud sirens of the detectors will wake up even the heaviest sleepers, notify other app users and notify the alarm response station. 

 
FLOOD PREVENTION 
With Novus security system, you will also be able to protect against leak damages. Water detectors will let you know about the overflowing bathtub, washing machine leaks, or burst pipes. An attached relay module will immediately be able to activate the electric valve to shut off the water. 

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE 
Watch the security cameras and DVRs in the app. The app supports quick integrations of the Dahua, Uniview, Hikvision, Safire equipment. Other IP cameras can be connected over RTSP. 

SCENARIOS & AUTOMATION 
Automation scenarios make your Novus security system go beyond detecting threats and begin to resist them actively. Configure Night mode security schedule or turn off the lights automatically when you arm the system. Program your outdoor lights to spot the trespassers when they set foot on your property, or configure a flood prevention system. 

SMART HOME CONTROL 
Control gates, locks, lights, heating, and electric appliances from the app or with the multifunction button. 

PRO LEVEL OF RELIABILITY 
You can always trust Novus security system. Hub central operates on a proprietary real-time operating system immune to viruses and resistant to cyber-attacks. Two-way radio communication can resist jamming. The system operates even during the blackouts or loss of Internet connection in the building thanks to the backup power supply and multiple communication channels. Accounts are protected with sessions control and two-factor authentication.
