2025-06-10 KK***** Visera Link is a wonderful tool to use for energy work as it shows the positive results that appear physically after doing energy sessions. I highly recommend it! Easy to use and can be done remotely do your client can comply without having to travel to your office. Perfect for today’s way of doing things.

2025-06-03 Li***** The old app used to keep you logged in. Unfortunately the new app makes you log in every time you use the app. It is not user friendly at all. 😡

2025-04-15 bo***** This app is not straightforward. It’s complicated to share and so complicated to sign into your that some people give up before they even are able to scan. It has potential to be a great tool but the process needs to be much simpler.

2025-03-26 ar***** I am giving this 1 star until it is fixed because it does have Great potential as a service to help people in their wellness journey. I did not have a chance to use the previous version, however, this one for the $50 service fee does not work as I’d like. Every now and then there are error messages popping up. Promised Pdf export? Does not work for me, just gives a message and nothing else. Tried to do the scan a few times on different people, restarting the app, the phone and it was impossible to catch the results, it wouldnt go through just kept saying “Measurement Canceled”. Definitely not a 1 minute thing. The last couple of days I have been scanning super healthy folks, their reports come up way out of range and like 10-20 in range. Just stressing people out wondering if the technology is working or they are falling apart.

2025-03-19 Ka***** I have recently transferred my ZYTO info to Visera. In fact, the app just converted for me. My client accounts transferred over including my own. I try to use this app and scan, however, and it doesn’t let me. I keep getting a message saying I need to renew my license. Ok. How? There is no info on this on the app or help pages. I tried emailing. No response. I tried calling customer service. If I chose option 1 to discuss my current account I go straight to voicemail. And no response to my voicemail message. I then chose option 2 and then sit on hold for 20 minutes. Every 8-10 seconds the most irritating voice tells me “a Visera expert will be with you shortly”. Over and over until finally after 20 minutes of being on hold I am told to leave a voice message. And they have yet to reply. I tried calling ZYTO today and they said the link is not attached to them and all queries need to go through Visera. So they transferred me to Visera and again. On hold and that message grating at my ears repeating far too often “a Visera expert will be with you shortly”. Yes no expert ever pipes up and says hi and provides their expertise. Fix this and call me back! What is going on with your customer support?

2025-03-12 90***** I was thoroughly confused when going to zyto to complete my monthly scan send by my upstream, only to find it completely changed, rearranged and scans from October 2023 to February 2025 missing or deleted from this new update. Now the upstream is having to call support to figure out the screw up.

2025-02-13 Ro***** I downloaded the app and it’s not allowing me to Create an account. I can only “sign in” with email and password which i don’t have because I’ve never used zyto scanner or app. So this app is useless

2024-05-20 Li***** We’ve only had about a 40% successful time scanning. The other 60% is spent watching it spin “loading results” only to never deliver the results. We’ve had the app since it came out. I wish I could recommend this app to my team but those rates aren’t acceptable in business at $50 a month for an app that only works 40% of the time. Zyto customer service hasn’t been helpful at solving this issue. I have 6 team members with their own accounts getting the same results. When it works, this app is incredible. It could truly be a game changer for customers and practitioners.
