Agave Health provides comprehensive, accessible and affordable behavioral care for adults with ADHD. Members are matched with certified ADHD coaches for virtual sessions and ongoing text support, helping them leverage their traits to thrive.

No formal diagnosis is required to benefit. Members get weekly 30-minute video visits, unlimited messaging with their coach, and in-app ADHD Cognitive Behavioral Therapy programs built by psychologists specializing in ADHD. With a clinical advisory team that has taught, developed, and implemented these methods at Duke University, NYU, and Colombia University, Agave Health focuses on executive function tools, routines, focus, mindfulness, time management, organization, and more.
