Meanings come from the modern and scholarly New Testament Greek-English Lexicon based on Semantic Domains, published by the United Bible Societies. The dictionary lists meanings in 93 domains for precise analysis. The editor Prof. Johannes Louw and Dr. Bennie Wolvaardt contributed to ScriptureDirect.
