## Review summary

Users praise the app’s ease of use and rewards features, but reliability issues—especially login recovery, crashes, wallet reloads, and inaccurate points—undermine the experience. Card problems and uneven customer service add frustration. Overall, the app shows strong loyalty features, but it needs fixes for a stable, seamless rewards experience.

### Pros

- Easy to use and navigate.
- Rewards/points tracking helps users see progress easily (including a birthday free drink).
- Drinks are highly regarded and the brand is appealing to fans.
- Recent app updates look good and bring improvements.

### Cons

- Username/password recovery doesn't work; cannot reset or recover username.
- App crashes or won’t open / force closes.
- Reloading money / wallet payments fails (cannot add funds or use gift cards).
- Points tracking is inaccurate (shown points do not reflect earned rewards).
- Card functionality and customer service issues (card not working; unhelpful staff).
