## Description

**3D Eyesight Recovery** is the Phase 2 extension of the 3D Sight Recover series. It uses stereograms to simultaneously train eye muscles and brain perception, offering two viewing methods: walleyed (diverge) and cross-eyed (converge). The approach makes eye exercise engaging while promoting visual development. 

Use it daily: perform stereogram viewing first with the walleyed method, then with the cross-eyed method. Start slowly to avoid eye fatigue and gradually increase practice time to strengthen both eye muscles and brain interpretation.
