## Description

RØDE Rec LE is the introductory version of the professional RØDE Rec app, allowing you to trial the core recording features for free with the option to upgrade to the full pro feature set at any time.

Version 2.8 introduces a dedicated iPad interface with an on‑screen waveform, editing tools, and a streamlined workflow. It delivers broadcast-quality audio (up to 24-bit/44.1kHz, up to 96kHz with an iXY mic), live monitoring, and outputs in WAV, AIFF, and CAF, plus direct publish to SoundCloud and FTP. Upgrading unlocks extended formats, EQ and dynamics, presets, real-time waveform editing, and more.
