يوفر تطبيق Oun عون للمواطنين والمقيمين في قطر وصولاً مبسّطاً إلى خدمات وزارة البلدية عبر iPhone. يشمل التطبيق خدمات مثل مكافحة الحشرات والقوارض، قص وتقليم الأشجار، سحب المجاري ومياه الأمطار، إزالة المركبات المهملة، وشكاوى السكن العمالي، إضافة إلى استعلامات متقدمة مثل رخص البناء وشهادات الإتمام وشؤون الملكية والالتزامات الأخرى.

Oun عون also lets users attach photos, videos, or audio and send them with comments directly to the Ministry of Municipality, consolidating inquiries about building permits, certificates, case checks, cheques, deposits, land allocation requests, and more into a single mobile experience.
