Alabama Blue provides BCBS of Alabama members with mobile access to their health plan information. Sign in with your myBlueCross credentials to view claims and benefits, view or email your ID card, track deductibles and out-of-pocket spend, find a doctor in your network, and securely contact Customer Service. You can enable Touch ID or Face ID for quick access.
