This mobile app is for UPMC Health Plan members only. It puts your health insurance information in the palm of your hand, delivering convenient, on-the-go access to benefits and wellness plans. Members can view their own and family member ID cards, check current coverage, and use secure messaging to connect with a Health Care Concierge for benefit questions. You can also check the status of recent claims and review claim details.

Find care in-network with provider search, directions, and the ability to call a provider or facility. The Wellness Connections features include live chat with a health coach to set goals, Apple Health integration to track steps, and the MyHealth Questionnaire to learn about your health, understand risks, and spend less on care.
