## Description

StormWatch+ brings trusted local weather at a glance. It shows current conditions, hourly forecasts, and regional radar, so you can plan your day with confidence. Built on the expertise of more than 2,000 National Weather Service meteorologists nationwide, StormWatch+ aims to be your daily weather app of choice, offering more accurate forecasts than single-icon models. In addition to standard weather data, you’ll get Critical Alerts that override Do Not Disturb for the most important warnings.

SW+ Alerts (an in-app upgrade) expands protection with location-specific push notifications for Tornado Watches/Warnings, Severe Thunderstorm Watches/Warnings, Flash Floods, tropical and winter alerts. Alerts arrive even when the app isn’t running, may include wake-up audio, and support up to five fixed locations plus an EnRoute mode that tracks your position as you travel. A map shows the warned area relative to you, and Quiet Time lets you pause alerts during the day. This combination of precise, location-based warnings and easy controls helps you stay ahead of severe weather and get back to life safely.
