Met de Mijn medicijnen app kunt u op elk moment uw medicatie bestellen bij uw eigen apotheek!
 
Maakt uw apotheek gebruik van deze dienstverlening, dan kunt u eenvoudig uw medicatie bijhouden en bestellen.
Selecteer uw apotheek, voer eenmalig uw persoonlijke gegevens in en u kunt aan de gang.
 
Biedt uw apotheek u inzage in uw medicatieprofiel zoals door de apotheek bijgehouden? Dan kunt u direct vanuit het voor u bijgehouden medicatieoverzicht bestellen.
Na de selectie van uw apotheek verifieert de apotheek uw identiteit en koppelen we uw toestel en deze service. Dit kan enkele dagen duren. Vervolgens heeft u altijd uw actuele medicatieoverzicht bij de hand!
