## Description

Stretch exercise is a way everyone can do to stretch the muscles and
tendons.Usually cool-down stretch is used for  a way to reduce muscle
pain and fatigue.   Also warm-up stretch  is used for as a prevention of
injury.
Stretch is what has been developed for the prevention of sports
injuries, there are many other effects. Relaxation of muscle tension,
promote blood circulation, improve joint range of motion, prevention of
the weakening of the muscles, increase flexibility, etc..
Stretch is how easy exercise to stimulate the muscles and tendons. It is
recommended that you do even a little time every day.
