Navigation Rules Pro combines the popular Navigation Rules app with 100+ pages of essential reference materials. It includes a complete copy of the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972 (COLREGS) with amendments and the Inland Navigation Rules, in effect for all inland waters, including the Great Lakes, along with quick references for Sound and Light Signals, Steering and Sailing Rules, Aids to Navigation, Bridge Lighting, Lock Procedures, and more.
