FilmTouch is a private callsheet tracker and contact manager for the film industry. It can read and understand most text-based PDF callsheets and crew lists, extracting names and contact information into a single searchable list of all your jobs. Your data stays private — imported files are viewable only by you, so you stay NDA compliant while you work.

Extras: import PDFs from cloud services (Dropbox, iCloud, Google Drive, Box, OneDrive, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other apps that integrate with the iOS file system), and view jobs by day with multi-day support. You can search within lists to quickly find a medic or other crew. Note: it handles text-based PDFs; scans or photos aren’t reliably readable, and OCR accuracy is about 80-90% depending on formatting.
