## Description

PocketEMA provides a pint-sized companion to Modernizing Medicine's EMA specialty EHR, bringing secure mobile access to iPad and iPhone. Clinicians can review patient history, view charts and attachments, e-prescribe, send and receive intra mail, compose notes, and capture point-of-encounter photos, with data automatically synchronized across the EMA platform so information stays current on every device.

Built for medical professionals in EMA-supported specialties, PocketEMA supports on-the-go care wherever you have internet access. A subscription-based EMA Web Application Service is required; data entered in the app is instantly updated across the EMA ecosystem, enabling mobile workflow without sacrificing data integrity or security.
