## Description

WellSpan Medical Chrome Extension provides fast, browser-based access to the WellSpan Health network of physicians, hospitals, urgent care and specialty centers serving central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland.

It lets you view test results, schedule visits, exchange secure messages with your doctor, review immunization history, renew prescriptions, pay bills, view clinical notes and after-visit summaries, and upload health and fitness data (including from Apple Health) to your MyWellSpan account when enrolled in a self-tracking program.
