Bakken Center for Spirituality & Healing and renowned nature photographer Craig Blacklock, offers you the opportunity to watch stunning nature videos in silence, with music and nature sounds, or with music, nature sounds and gentle guiding.  Being in nature reduces stress, elevates our mood, and improves our overall health and well-being. There is growing evidence that nature truly heals!
