Pepco's free mobile app gives you secure access to your Pepco account on the go. It supports both residential and business customers, lets you manage multiple accounts, and works on smartphones and tablets. From anywhere you can report outages and track restoration status.

Key features include viewing and paying your bill, outage reporting and status checks, outage maps, balance checks, and viewing account activity. You can monitor usage data, view bill forecasts and trends, compare bills, and customize alerts for outages, bill readiness, and upcoming payments. You can also manage AutoPay and Budget Billing settings and even report outages without signing in.
