BeyondTrust Rep Console for Chrome brings browser-based remote support to IT teams. IT professionals can remotely assist desktops, laptops, and servers directly from a Chrome session, initiating a remote support session without requiring pre-installed software on endpoints. You can view end-user screens, control their mouse and keyboard, work across multiple sessions, and communicate via in-session chat. The extension also supports inviting additional reps to collaborate and resolve issues in real time.

Security and compatibility: This extension works with existing BeyondTrust Remote Support and Bomgar Remote Support installations (version 20.1.1 or above) that use trusted CA-signed certificates.
