Users consistently praise Video Star for being easy to learn, powerful, and smooth, with many effects and frequent improvements. The most common complaint is the removal of individual power packs, which many users want restored in favor of a subscription-only model. Others say too much is locked behind Pro, and report bugs such as failed purchases, export crashes, and a false storage-full message. Some also note weak video quality after upload. Several users request specific features, such as horizontal easing graphs, better masking, and pinning projects.
